DV Boards ships within the Netherlands and to other countries within the European Union.
Any country-specific restrictions or extended delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
We offer two shipping options:
Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
Delivery times begin after full payment has been received.
All delivery times are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed deadlines.
Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday).
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.
Any additional international shipping fees will be communicated before order confirmation.
The risk of loss or damage remains with DV Boards until the product has been delivered to the customer.
Once delivered, the risk transfers to the customer.
If a product arrives visibly damaged, the customer must notify DV Boards within 24 hours of delivery via info@dvboards.com.
The notification must include:
Order number
Clear photos of the product
Photos of the packaging
Photo of the shipping label
If reported within the required timeframe, DV Boards will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
DV Boards is not liable for delivery delays caused by:
Courier services
Customs inspections
Force majeure
Unforeseen logistical circumstances
In the event of unreasonable delay, DV Boards will offer a suitable solution in accordance with applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, additional shipping costs may apply.
If a parcel is not collected from a pickup point and is returned to DV Boards, the original shipping and return costs may be deducted from the refund.
